Eligibility Criteria:

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

• Legally registered firm/company under the laws of Nepal
• Valid VAT registration certificate
• Latest tax clearance certificate
• Demonstrated experience in similar construction and renovation works
• Must not be blacklisted by any government authority, donor agency or development partner

BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 5:00 PM on 16th June, 2026

• Sealed Bid including financial proposal/BOQ with detail rates.
• Bid can be submitted via email to tenders@adranepal.org or can be submitted hard copy of Sealed bid to ADRA Nepal, Bakhundole, Lalitpur office
• Please write in the subject “AFHS-Setup-Civil Hospital”
• ADRA Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, award partial or full contracts to one or multiple bidders. Cancel or modify the tender process at any stage as deemed necessary.
