Invitation for Quotation for the Supply of Monitor & Tiandy Decoder
- Manavsewa Ashram invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of Monitors and Tiandy Decoders at Manavsewa Ashram, Raniban, Nagarjun Municipality, Kathmandu District, Bagmati Province.
- Eligibility Criteria:
Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:
- The supplier must have prior experience supplying at least one similar type of goods.
· The supplier must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in projects of similar size and nature.
- Bid Submission Method:
Under the Single Stage process, bidders must submit two separate sealed envelopes simultaneously (Technical Bid and Price Bid)
The bid must include notarized documents such as the annual turnover certificate and work experience (completion) certificate.
- Bidding Documents:
Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Manavsewa Ashram official website. - Document Requirements:
Bidders must submit a written application along with the following documents:
- Copy of company/firm registration certificate
- VAT/PAN registration certificate
- Tax Clearance Certificate up to FY 2082/83
Bidders must submit both hard and soft copies of the sealed bids (with the financial bid in a separate sealed envelope) to our office within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. If the last date for submission falls on a government holiday, the next working day shall be considered the final submission date. In such a case, the bid validity period will remain the same as specified in the original bid document. Right to Accept or Reject:
Manavsewa Ashram reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and also reserves the right to award the contract either partially or fully without assigning any reason. Completion Period:
The supply and delivery of goods must be completed within 60 days from the date of signing the contract. The quoted price shall remain fixed, and no price escalation will be allowed during this period.
