Jan Jagaran Youth Club (JJYC), with financial support from Save the Children and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), is implementing the Inclusive Nurturing System to Promote Digital Innovation, Job Readiness, and Quality Basic Education (INSPIRE) Project in Devtal Rural Municipality, Mahagadhimai Municipality, and Karaiyamai Rural Municipality of Bara District.

JJYC is a national, non-profit, social development and humanitarian organization established in 1998. As a well-established youth led organization, JJYC works to empower rural communities through Inclusive Education, WASH, GEDSI, DRR and Climate Change, Knowledge Management, Human Rights, and Sustainable Livelihood enhancement programs.

JJYC hereby invites Facilitator from eligible and service providers for the following services:

1. Consultancy service / Consultant for: Teachers Training on Inclusive Education and Positive Discipline

2. Proposal Document Collection

Detailed instructions and the Proposal Documents will be available starting  23rd March 2026, upon request via email at: procurement@jjycbara.org.np or physically from JJYC BARA - INSIPRE OFFICE, Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City – 01, Ganesh Tole.

When requesting the documents, bidders must provide the following:

• Company name
• Contact person’s name
• Contact number
• Valid email address
• Scanned copies of: 
  • Company Registration Certificate
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2081/082 or valid tax clearance extension document

Bidders failing to submit the above documents will not be considered eligible.

3. Submission Deadline

30th March 2026

If the deadline falls on a JJYC or Government holiday, the next working day will be considered the final submission date.

All quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes as per the instructions provided in the Proposal Documents.

4. Rights Reserved

JJYC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, either wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
