“FOR REGISTRATION IN QUALIFIED SUPPLIER ROSTER”

Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for registration in the Qualified Supplier Roster for three years 2026-2028. Suppliers/Firm/Individual may apply under the three categories: Supply, Service and Works as listed in the registration form for possible requirements on an as needed basis.

Interested suppliers/firms/individuals are requested to collect Supplier Registration Form from the link provided on the Jobs Nepal Portal www.jobsnepal.com.

Please submit your EOI along with relevant documents in closed envelope marked “Expression of Interest for Registration in Qualified Supplier Roster” to the Country Office for Kathmandu submissions and to the Provincial Office in Damak for Damak, Jhapa submissions. Alternatively, you may submit via email to procurement.nepal@lutheranworld.org no later than 26th December 2025.
