1. INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital (INFNGPH) invites bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement, Supply and Commissioning of various medical Equipment under National competitive bidding Procedure.

2. Eligible Bidders may submit the bid for all packages or single package or more than one package as mentioned below and offer discounts/cross discounts. Evaluation will be done on package by package basis with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the purchaser.

3. Bidding documents are available at INFN GPH upon deposit of non-refundable Rs.1000. for bidding form for each package in the following bank account. Bidders must submit original bank deposit Voucher to receive the bidding documents:

4. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s representative who choose to attend at Jestha 17th, 2081 (May 30th, 2024) 3:00 PM at INFN GPH Premise.

5. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days, i.e. 2081-05-11 (Aug 27, 2024), from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid, i.e. 2081-06-10 (Sept 26th, 2024).

6. The bid is a single envelop system and can be evaluated on package/item-wise basis. Eligible Bidders may submit the bid for all packages/items or single package/item or more than one package/item.

7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

8. INFN GPH reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Other instructions to bidder will be provided with the bid documents from INFN GPH.
