1. FAYA Nepal has allocated funds or received a loan/credit/grant from AMDA MINDS, Japan towards the cost of Improving Health Seeking Behavior of Mothers and Children (IHSBMC) Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for FAYA/ Work/NCB/01-2025/2026. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. FAYA Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Outreach Clinic (ORC) Building in Chure-5, Sallebunga and Chure-6, Kumaina under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Forum for Awareness and Youth Activity (FAYA), Nepal Dhangadhi, Kailali Phone no- 091-522874, E-mail: fayanepal@hotmail.com
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office FAYA Nepal, Dhangadhi, Kailali. By eligible bidders on the submission of the written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nrs. 3000 till 10th November 2025 by cash. 
5. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office FAYA Nepal, Dhangadi, Kailali by hand on before 12:00 noon on 11th November 2025. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 11th November 2025 at the office of FAYA Nepal, Dhangadi Kailali. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security copy amounting to a minimum of Nrs. 1,05,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchase and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The FAYA Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all without assigning reason whatsoever.

Special clause: As the quality of the specified work is of high priority, the bid amount must not be less than 10 percent below the estimated amount. Any bid lower than this threshold will be automatically disqualified.
