Position: Recruitment and Administration Handling x1

Job Description

• Assisting with arranging interviews and sending confirmations to candidates as well as internal meetings.
• Assist in the recruitment cycle by taking necessary notes and making analyses, and follow-up emails on the recruitment process.
• Screening resumes and application forms.
• Connect, Source, and network with potential talents and approach and convince them of new job opportunities.
• Preparing reports on various tasks and submitting them on time.
• Documentation of employee files and updating database management.
• Using Applicant Tracking System Software to streamline data management and recruitment overall process.

Position: Recruitment and Social Media Handling x1

• Maintain the company's social media presence on different social media platforms.
• Creating plans and execution through team brainstorming.

Job Specification

• Fluent in both English and Nepali.
• Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of the internet & emails, Google Drive, Google Docs
• People skills, enthusiasm to learn and grow.
• No ego, drama, or pessimism; the successful candidate will be flexible, humble, patient, and have a good sense of humor.
• At least high school (+2) graduated.
