Social Awareness Center SAC Nepal is a non-profit organisation that provides social services. SAC was founded 1995 and registered on August 14, 1995, with the goal of enhancing community development, resolving local issues, and effecting positive change for the upliftment of underprivileged communities and the reduction of prevalent problems in an organised manner. It was founded by a group of dedicated, motivated, aware, and enthusiastic young people. We have already implemented several projects in various areas of Nepal. We have worked in 20 different districts across Nepal, with an emphasis on Karnali Province.

Expression of Interest (EOI) for

1. Consultancy Service to Develop “5 year strategic plan” of SAC Nepal

SAC Nepal is looking for experienced and qualified consultancy firm or individual consultants to develop 5 year’s strategic plan of SAC Nepal. Interested consulting firms or individual consultants can see the attached documents of reference for more information.

REQUIRED DOCUMENT:

The consultancy firms or individual consultants are requested to submit the following:

• Valid legal documents of consultancy firm (in case of consultancy firm)
• Citizenship, PAN Card (in case of individual consultant) 
• Proposed human resources' CV, 
• Provide a concise technical proposal with an overview of the EOI, recommended approach, deliverables, and a tentative work plan with timelines.
• Provide a detailed financial plan that includes as per ToR 
• Signed copy of safeguarding declaration (Link 3) and COI declaration (Link 4) 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested and eligible consulting firms / individual consultants are requested to submit proposals on the basis of the accompanying TOR to SAC, Nepal Surkhet. Proposals can be submitted via email at vacancy@sacnepal.org.np by 2083/01/09 (22nd April 2026), or in hardcopy at SAC Nepal's Head Office in Surkhet 

EOI received after the deadline will not be considered, and only shortlisted consultancy firm/individual consultant will be contacted for further processing. Canvassing at any level of the process shall result in automatic disqualification. The organisation maintains the right to qualify or deny an application with or without offering any reason. All proposals will be treated with complete confidentially.
