Social Awareness Centre (SAC) Nepal is a NGO dedicated to upholding the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Health, Education, Livelihood, Protection and Climate Change, Disaster Management and Humanitarian Support including Organizational Development and GEDSI. It works with a vision for capable and prosperous society for quality life of women, children and adolescents. SAC Nepal is implementing the different 10 projects partnership with different partners. The projects covered all 10 districts of Karnali Province.  

SAC Nepal is being implementing the Breaking Barriers for Girls SRHR (Kishori Sashaktikaran Pariyojana) since Sept 2024 in Thulibheri and Tripurasundari Municipalities of Dolpa district in partnership with Plan International Nepal/ funded by BMZ and coordination with local and provincial governments as well as other stakeholders. Therefore, SAC Nepal invites applications from interested qualified and professional Nepali candidates for the following full-time positions.

Position: Finance Coordinator (FC)   

Required No.: 1 (One) 

Duty Station: Project Office, Dunai, Dolpa (with frequent field visit in project area) 

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

  • Master’s in management with one-year experience and or Bachelors in management with three years’ experience. 
  • Support and lead to project team for budget preparation, planning and budget calendar. 
  • Ensure, support and aware to project team for burn rate and its status on monthly basis. 
  • Maintain and update all required documents in finance, admin, procurement, logistics, operation and human resources and other required parts. 
  • Day to day financial transactions carried out
  • Skilled in preparing financial reporting monthly; based on partner’s and organization’s templates with quality and ensure all required reporting patterns following the donor compliance. 
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Willingness and dedication to work in remote areas.

Purpose of Job

The objective of position is overall leading of admin, finance, logistic and operations. Effectively reporting to partners within deadline. Day to day transaction of admin, finance, logistics and operations.

Position: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator (MEC)   

Required No.: 1 (One) 

Duty Station: Project Office, Dunai, Dolpa (with frequent field visit in project area)

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

  • Master's in any discipline with 1-year experience and or Bachelor's in any discipline with 3 years’ experience. (Prefer to public health)
  • Develop and oversee the project’s M&E plan, indicators, tools, and reporting systems aligned with project goals and donor requirements.
  • Ensure robust planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities in line with project requirements. 
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and ethical data collection; conduct data quality checks and support field teams on proper M&E tools and methods.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports, results summaries, and dashboards, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational standards
  • Support and facilitate to capture and maintain learning log, issue log, knowledge management and documentation based on evidence.
  • Overall responsible for complaint and feedback mechanism in this project.

Position: Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Officer (GESI) Officer   

Required No.: 1 (One) 

Duty Station: Project Office, Dunai, Dolpa (with frequently field visit in project area)

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

  • Bachelors in any discipline with 2 years’ experience in GESI. (Prefer to public health)
  • Ensure project interventions are gender-responsive, inclusive, and rights based, addressing the needs of women, adolescents, persons with disabilities, and marginalized groups.
  • Track disaggregated data, document learning, report on GESI outcomes, and support advocacy for equitable and inclusive SRHR policies.
  • Provide training and technical support on GESI, gender transformative approaches, safeguarding, and inclusive SRHR service delivery.
  • Ensure “Do No Harm,” confidentiality, informed consent, and GBV risk mitigation within project interventions.

Purpose of Job
