International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following position, INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizen who shares our vision, mission, and values.
Position: Assistant Project Officer

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder is responsible for effective execution of burn care trainings, identification and arrange treatment for patients with post burn complications and conduct awareness campaigns. The job holder serves as an interface between community and clinical team, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, or a related field or bachelor’s degree in public health.
- Minimum 1 year’s proven experience in project implementation and management, preferably in health-focused initiatives in Nepal.
- Working experience in a like-minded organisation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Computer competencies and general knowledge of Word, Excel, Email, Internet and social media.
- Good command (spoken and written) in both English and Nepali.
- Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and community leaders, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Uphold ethical standards in patient care and data handling, respecting confidentiality and consent.
- Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
