International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Governmental Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and community development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following position, INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital is seeking qualified and experienced professional to strengthen the financial sustainability and long-term viability of Green Pastures Hospital.

Position: Commercial Development Lead – Consultant

Required Number: 1

Contract Type: Special Contract

Duration: Initially 2 Years (with the possibility of a 1-year extension)

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder will provide strategic leadership in revenue generation, business development, and commercial partnerships. The role will ensure effective stewardship of resources aligned with INF Nepal’s Vision, Values, and Character.

Key Responsibilities:

The role focuses on strengthening financial sustainability through strategic business development, diversified revenue generation, and robust financial management. It involves commercial partnership, strategic financial planning, performance monitoring, and risk management; overseeing efficient procurement and supply chain systems; and building organizational capacity through the development of key performance indicators, and continuous systems improvement to support high-quality, value-for-money hospital services.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:

  • Chartered Accountant or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Significant experience in financial management, business development, or commercial leadership, preferably in healthcare, NGO/INGO, or development sectors.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and procurement including good negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of hospital or health service financing models is a strong advantage.
  • Values-driven leadership with high integrity, accountability, and cultural sensitivity, who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. S/he should be able to balance commercial discipline and must have good understanding of and full commitment to the values which are important to INF Nepal.
