Job Description_ Social Mobilizer Job Description of Inclusion and Documentation Officer

Bachelor’s Degree (master’s degree preferred) in management, education, disability study, social works, rural development, development studies, sociology or a comparable discipline from the recognized university with at least three   years of project relevant   experiences in inclusive health, inclusive education, inclusive   livelihood or a similar work.

·        Strong understanding of inclusive development principles and practices.

·        Experience in documentation, reporting, and knowledge management.

·        Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including marginalized communities.

·        Proficiency in English and Nepali languages, both written and spoken.

·        Ability to travel frequently to project sites.

·        Ability to represent and interact independently with government, non-government and private sectors and other stakeholders relevant to the program.

·        Result and target oriented with demonstrable working experience as a good team player.

Position: Social Mobilizer (For Female Only)

Job Description_ Social Mobilizer

10+2 or Intermediate level Education (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in management, education, health, disability study, social works, diploma in community development, pre-diploma in social mobilization (with 10+2 degree) or a comparable discipline from the recognized Institutions/university with at least two    years of community development   experiences particularly in inclusive health, inclusive education , inclusive   livelihood or a similar field.

·        Inclusive community development knowledge and skill.

·        Good understanding of disability and inclusive development.

·        Extensive knowledge on inclusive health, inclusive education, and livelihood skills.

·        Minimum proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali languages.

·        Ability to work closely in collaboration with local government including health, education, social security section, disabled people organizations, and civil society organizations.
