GrowByData is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to build and lead our Human Resources Team! Candidates must be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of efficiently multi-tasking, be comfortable implementing new processes, and must have experience recruiting, hiring, and managing for a development or computer engineering firm. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle recruitment and selection procedure and candidate database
  • Perform informational sessions regarding Company and its hiring needs
  • Research and implement HR software
  • Prepare and conduct orientations and guidance 
  • Implement and manage a performance management system
  • Maintain and manage employee personnel files
  • Update and maintain the HR database of all employees 
  • Monitor attendance and leave record of employees
  • Adopt actions as per HR and the Employee Service Rules manual
  • Grievance management
  • Co-ordinate with other departments
  • Communicate with executive officers across different time zones and outside of normal working hours

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or public administration (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • At least three (3) years experience in area of human resources administration in a development or computer engineering setting
  • Ability to perform a broad range of specialized activities related to HR management, including administration of recruitment, contracting and performance evaluation, monitoring of transactions and reporting, and all other HR needs as per the Operations Director 
  • Ability to perform all responsibilities in an exciting, fast-paced, high-demand startup environment, while maintaining calm and professional
  • Ability to communicate in Nepali and English
