ComplianceQuest-Nepal (CQ-Nepal) was registered in Nepal on June 30, 2022, as a wholly owned subsidiary of ComplianceQuest Inc, a USA based corporation. As a global software company, ComplianceQuest Inc investors prefer that all staff working on products and related services are employed through CQ subsidiaries, that is the reason CQ Inc has started opening its subsidiaries globally. CQ-Nepal is its second such subsidiary after opening one in India. CQ-Nepal is going to be 100% information technology export company where it aims to export IT product and services based on various project provided by its parent company. Its scope of work includes both Business Process Outsourcing, Software Development and Services.

Details / requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll and reconcile it with finance team.

  • Employee onboarding -Email opening to account creation

  • Team Building and Team outing management.

  • Conducting other company events (Budgeting, approval, execution to closing report)

  • Actively involve in recruitment by preparing job description, posting ads, and managing the hiring process

  • Assist in performance management.

  • SSF/Insurance/CIT

  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.

  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirement.

  • Tax incentive research and Strategy

  • Conduct Exit procedure.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3 years-work experience in HR Role

  • Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, team engagement, etc.)

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of Nepal Labor Law

  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance/accounting (Master’s degree preferred)
