Project Coordinator

Community Development Programme Sindhuli/ Nepal (CDPS/Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) registered in Sindhuli district and working in different community development sectors; education, child protection, WASH, DRR, Livelihood in Sindhuli and surrounding districts since 1998 A.D. CDPS, a leading NGO in Sindhuli district has been implementing protection project in Golanjor, Phikkal and Teen Patan Rural Municipality of Sindhuli in partnership with World Vision International Nepal to contribute protection of vulnerable persons, women and children from violence and harmful practices including at times of disaster is looking for interested, eligible, and result oriented Nepalese candidates to fulfil the following position:

Position: Project Coordinator

Station: CDPS office and frequently travel to field

Duration: Project based (full time) 

Qualification & Major Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge related on Government policy, programme priorities, needs and issues in relation to the sector priorities
• Good Knowledge on child Protection and Gender Based Violence approaches, theory of change for the protection sector
• Knowledge on child marriage, child labour and gender based violence and systemic approach and ability to analyze context to inform the project
• Good understanding on donor reporting (for grant project) system and capacity to meet the standards
• Good understanding on the Implementation guideline and able to mentor it to the project staffs
• Ensure Planning, monitoring and reporting of the project on time and with quality
• Good knowledge on the project management tool 
• Sound knowledge & skill on project risk analysis and management.
• Analytical Skills to analysis project related data and incorporate in the report
• Skills on stakeholders mapping and coordination for broader benefit of the project
• Training, capacity building and facilitation skills
• Good understanding on financial management system
• Bachelor degree in Social Science or relevant discipline with five year of experience in Child protection
