Global Agri-Tech Nepal (GATE Nepal) is a private company with its head office at Baijanath - 6, Lalpur of Banke district. Established in June 2010, it is dealing with the seed business across the country. The company is committed to increase agricultural productivity and production through improved access of farmers to high quality crop seeds.

GATE Nepal is seeking an experienced and result-oriented candidate to fill the position of Accountant with the responsibility for administration and Accounts functions of the company and company's project/programme. Duty station this position will be at GATE Nepal head office, Banke with frequent visits to seed production sites and seed markets.

The candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Take full responsibility of day to day administrative and account tasks of the company
• Provide logistic support for events and programmes management
• Maintain incoming/outgoing correspondence register of the office
• Make necessary correspondences with GATE Nepal staff and its shareholders
• Take Meeting Minutes (Nepali and English) of the meeting
• Good knowledge about law of Income Tax, VAT and VCTS of GoN
• Good skills in operating computer software packages (Tally, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and net facilities).
• Keep records of consumable items and fixed assets
• Perform bank duties and prepare bank reconciliation statement
• Preparation of monthly reports (Trail Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Receivable etc)
• Self-motivated, energetic, creative and having analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce with a minimum of 2 years work experience of accounts in Private sector
