Details / requirements:
1. Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Nepali and English.
2. Good working knowledge of desktop computer, desktop operating systems, desktop packages/utilities.
3. Good working knowledge of Internet and Internet related applications.
4. Good working knowledge of computer hardware/networking.
5. Previous experience as technical helpdesk support is a plus.
6. Quick learner and ready to work under stress.
