Position: Help Desk Engineer
Working Hours:  40 Hours Per Week
No. of Positions: 2

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer, BIT, BIM, or BCA Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, shell scripting, and configuration.

• strong knowledge and experience on SQL, Python and Redux with React

• At least 2 years of experience in IT based field

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer support calls and service requests.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Follow up with customers so ensure their issues are resolved in a satisfactory level.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the technical team when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions using the company’s ticketing system.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold a professional tone in all communications.
