WE ARE HIRING: HEAD CHEF

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years of proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar leadership role in the kitchen.
  • Strong expertise in multi-cuisine (e.g., Continental, Indian, Nepali, or specify your restaurant's specialty).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and lead the culinary team.
  • Design, create, and update menus with innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Supervise food inventory, stock control, and minimize food wastage.
