Full Stack Python/React Developer (Mid-Level) - REMOTE

About the Role

At GoretoX, we’re looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who enjoys building real products and taking ownership from start to finish. You’ll work closely with a small, fast-moving team where your

ideas matter and your work directly impacts the product.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Django, Django REST Framework
•  Frontend: React + Vite
• UI Components: shadcn/ui
• Database: PostgreSQL

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and Vite
• Create reusable UI components with shadcn/ui
• Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations
• Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems
• Take ownership of features from idea to production
• Collaborate closely with designers, founders, and developers
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve existing features

About You

• 3–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework
• Solid understanding of React and modern frontend tools
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational databases 
• Good understanding of REST API principles
• Comfortable using Git and working in a collaborative team
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a startup environment
