Wine to Water Nepal (WWN) is non-profit organization registered in Nepal with a mission to provide clean water in the rural community. We work at a grassroot level in partnership with the local governments, communities, local leaders and other non-governmental organizations.

We are looking for a finance assistant to join our team.

Position: Finance Assistant

Required Nos.: 1

Eligibility:

• Academic Qualification: BBA, BBS or equivalent Bachelors courses
• Knowledge on MS Word, Excel etc.
• Brief understanding of Google drive, sheets, doc and slides
• Language Proficiency- Nepali and English both
• License holder

Job Responsibility:

• To record each and every transaction in an excel based accounting system.
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions including daily vouchers and daybook.
• Handle day to day Petty cash, manage cash books and assist in month end financial reports.
• Maintain smooth operation by liaising with banks, vendors, tax offices, govt offices and others.
• Deduct TDS on a monthly basis and file etds with its reconciliation.
• Assist in the salary process and other outstanding payments by keeping track on a monthly basis.
• Document/file invoices and other supporting documents for monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting purposes.
• Assist in Project Finance(record all the project expenses in ledger book(both cash and cheque transactions) and prepare project budget report as required.
• Prepare Bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis.
• Prepare a monthly/quarterly/yearly payroll clearance report and submit it to the supervisor.
• Assist in preparation of necessary documents as required for the Fiscal Year Audit.
• Other Duties as may be assigned.
