Kids of Kathmandu is dedicated to improving the future of Nepal’s children through access to quality education. We focus on strengthening educational foundations for marginalized communities by supporting schools, teachers, and students through innovative learning tools and digital integration.

Kids of Kathmandu is seeking a Field Officer to support digital learning initiatives, enhance teacher capacity, and improve student outcomes through ICT and video-based teaching materials.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields
• Freasher can apply but preference will be given to experience in teaching
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong communication skills in English and Nepali
• Experience working with education system
• Preference will be given to local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular ICT support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot ICT issues and ensure smooth digital operations.
• Train teachers and staff on educational software, digital tools, and online platforms.
• Organize workshops to enhance students’ digital literacy.
• Assist in designing ICT-based lesson plans and developing digital learning materials (videos, presentations, e-books).
• Support e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms.
• Maintain an updated inventory of ICT equipment.
• Prepare reports on ICT usage, maintenance, and training activities.
• Recommend improvements to ICT infrastructure and digital teaching integration.
