Expression of Interest for Insurance Service and IT Service
FAIRMED is a Swiss development organization dedicated to work with its motto “Health for the Poorest”. The organization plays an important role in providing health care access to the marginalized communities and individuals who are prone to diseases, disability, and poverty. The core focus of FAIRMED's work in Nepal is Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) – Leprosy, LF, Kala-azar, etc and Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH), while it interweaves GESI and Disability Inclusive Development (DID) as cross cutting themes into its programs to strengthen the health system and increase the uptake of public health services. In order to support the implementation of the project, FAIRMED is looking for a Finance and Admin Officer based in Project Office in Chautara, Sindhupalchowk.
Details / requirements:
A. Insurance Services
FAIRMED Foundation Nepal seeks EOIs from licensed insurance companies registered in Nepal for the provision of insurance services. The purpose of the service is to facilitate the employees (35-45) of FAIRMED Foundation Nepal and their immediate dependents with the insurance benefits in terms of:
Requirements:
- Group Medical Insurance (Hospitalization and Domiciliary)
- For employees and his/her immediate dependents under different packages under a package of 3 lakhs and 4 lakhs.
ü Married: Spouse and 2 children
ü Unmarried: Parents
The insurance policy should cover
the 60% of the domiciliary and 40% of the hospitalization service.
- Accidental Insurance for employees under package of 10 lakhs
- Assets/Equipment (any risk)
- Vehicles (two wheelers and four wheelers)
Procedures for the submission of bid:
Interested and eligible firms/Company are requested to submit the EOI through email at nepal@fairmed.ch clearly marking the subject with “EOI for Insurance services” by 18 February 2026, 17:00 Hrs (Nepali Time)

Bid received after the deadline will not be considered and only shortlisted firms/suppliers will be called for further process. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify application with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
B. IT Services
FAIRMED Foundation Nepal also invites EOIs from qualified IT service providers/firms for potential engagement in areas including but not limited to:
- IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
- IT hardware maintenance and network management
- Data management and cybersecurity systems and IT support services
- Cloud services and backup solutions
Eligibility and Submission Requirements

- Letter of Interest
- Company profile/CV of Individual and brief description of services
- Financial Proposal
- Copy of company registration, PAN/VAT certificate, and relevant licenses(as relevant)
- Summary of relevant experience (especially with INGOs/NGOs)
