Expression of Interest for Vendor Listing
FAIRMED is a Swiss development organization dedicated to work with its motto “Health for the Poorest”. The organization plays an important role in providing health care access to the marginalized communities and individuals who are prone to diseases, disability, and poverty. The core focus of FAIRMED's work in Nepal is Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) – Leprosy, LF, Kala-azar, etc and Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH), while it interweaves GESI and Disability Inclusive Development (DID) as cross cutting themes into its programs to strengthen the health system and increase the uptake of public health services. In line with its operational and programmatic requirements, FAIRMED Foundation Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified, experienced, and interested suppliers, individuals and service providers for enlistment in our vendor database for the fiscal year 2026.
Details / requirements:
Interested vendors may apply for one or more of the following categories:
- Supply of office stationery, toiletries and office supplies & consumables
- Printing, design, and publication services
- Computer, equipment, and accessories including electrical households i.e. Fans, heaters, air conditions,
- Office furniture and fixtures
- Event management, workshop, and training logistics
- Vehicle hiring/rental services, goods transportation,
- Hotel accommodation, training/meeting and events management , and catering services in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Baglung, Sindhupalchowk, Kavreplanchowk, Biratnagar, Sunsari, Jhapa, Janakpur, Butwal, Bhairahwa, Palpa, Kapilbastu, Dang, Chitwan
- Repair and maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, equipment, etc.
- Supply food items i.e. rice, lentil, vegetable oil. Salt, mineral water bottles,
- Nonfood items: clothes, mosquito nets, blankets, bathing soap,
- Medicines, Surgical Items
- Consultancy services for proposal development, capacity building training?? Photography, story/content writing, data collection, Social Audit, Project evaluation
- Insurance: GPA, Medical, Vehicle, office equipment, international travel
- Air ticketing: Domestic and international
Required Documents:
- Company/Firm Registration Certificate
- PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company Profile with banking information and financial capacity
- Relevant experience documents and recommendations (if available)
Interested vendors are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) along with the required documents via email to the address mentioned below by 5 April 2026, 17:00 HRS (Nepal Time).
FAIRMED Foundation Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
