Expression of Interest (EOI) for Vendor Enlistment / Registration of Suppliers, Service Providers and Consultants

Submission Period: 23 July 2026 to 30 July 2026

Kamaiya Mahila Jagaran Samaj Nepal (KMJS Nepal) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible and qualified suppliers, vendors, service providers, consultants, facilitators, and firms for enlistment in its Vendor List for the fiscal year 2083/84 to support its organizational, programmatic, and project-related procurement requirements.

Interested firms, companies, organizations, individual consultants, facilitators, and service providers are requested to submit their application along with required documents for registration under the following categories:

Categories of Goods and Services:

1. Office stationery, office supplies, furniture, and furnishing materials. 
2. IT equipment and services including computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, scanners, networking equipment, CCTV, UPS, inverter, solar systems, and other electronic equipment supply, installation, and maintenance services. 
3. Printing, publication, designing, branding, visibility materials, photography, videography, documentary production, and communication services. 
4. Vehicle rental, transportation, logistics, courier, and delivery services. 
5. Hotel accommodation, meeting hall, catering, and event management services. 
6. Agriculture inputs, seeds, fertilizers, agro-vet supplies, livestock-related materials, and livelihood development support services. 
7. Health, nutrition, WASH materials, hygiene kits, dignity kits, relief items, NFI, shelter materials, food items, and emergency response supplies. 
8. Construction works, construction materials, hardware, electrical, plumbing, repair, and maintenance services. 
9. Security services, cleaning services, insurance services, and other administrative support services. 
10. Consultancy, facilitation, technical assistance, and capacity-building services including Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation (CCA/CCM), Anticipatory Action, Community Resilience, Disaster Risk Assessment (DRA), Early Warning System, CBDRM, LDCRP, DPRP, Humanitarian Response, Climate Smart Agriculture, Livelihood and Enterprise Development, Food Security and Nutrition, Health, WASH, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), GESI, Disability Inclusion, Safeguarding, Human Rights, Advocacy, Good Governance, Organizational Development, Policy/Strategy/SOP/Guideline Development, MEAL, Baseline/Midline/Endline Survey, Research, Assessment, Evaluation, GIS Mapping, Digital Data Collection, Training, Facilitation, Coaching, Documentation, Knowledge Management, Financial Management, Audit, and other technical services.

• Registration Certificate of the firm/company/organization (where applicable) 
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate or applicable tax identification document 
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (where applicable) 
• Company/Organization Profile or Individual Consultant Profile/CV 
• Relevant experience details and references 
• Technical proposal/profile (where applicable) 
• Bank account details 
• Other relevant supporting documents 

Important Note:

Registration in the Vendor List does not guarantee any procurement order, contract award, or business opportunity. KMJS Nepal reserves the right to select, shortlist, or reject any vendor based on its procurement policy, organizational requirements, and evaluation process.
