Aasaman Nepal ‘A pioneer organization for education and nutrition, is one of the leading Terai-based NGOs led and managed by social activists since its establishment in Dhanusha, Janakpur in 1999. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at the protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal. We are working in more than 17 districts under 5 Thematic Areas as Children’s Learning, Protection & Opportunities, Health, Nutrition and Inclusive Wellbeing, Climate Resilience & Sustainable Livelihoods, Women, Youth & Community Leadership and Accountable Governance & Social Justice.

Aasaman Nepal invites sealed bid from the eligible and qualified bidders to conduct for Statutory Audit of Fiscal Year 2083/84 with possibility of extension of contract for additional 2 fiscal year based on the satisfactory performance of the services.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A technical proposal (Please Refer TOR; attached in link)
• A financial proposal should include a detailed budget sheet with breakdowns
• Company Profile of the firm
• Certificate of Practice (COP) with renewal
• FIRM Registration Certificate in ICAN
• VAT registration certificate
• Company Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax clearance certificate
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in development sector (I/NGO’s etc.)

Interested Audit Firms are requested to submit their sealed hard copy of Technical and Financial Proposal along with the above document to the address below by 01st September 2026 (Tuesday), 16:00 PM. Delay in submission of bid document will not be accepted.
