Since its inception in 1964 in Nepal, VSO has evolved its focus from service delivery in remote districts to its current approach of developing organizational, managerial and civil society capacities to address poverty. Its key strengths are leadership in volunteering approach and ability to work at community level where the needs are the greatest, sharing skills and experience strategically with people and organizations with the potential to effectively contribute to development in Nepal.

VSO Nepal will be running procurement process for the provision of stationery materials and is seeking expressions of interest along with quotation from suitably experienced companies/organization.

The appointed vendor will be required to supply “School Uniform (Pant and shirts) to be transported for Baglung District (For detailed specifications, please click the link here:

Expressions of interest: Organizations/companies which have experience and expertise in this area should send their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with quotation containing a contact name, company name, company address, phone and email address along with evidence of valid company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate, and latest tax clearance certificate of FY 2078/79 or tax extension document (myad thap of FY 2078/79 and tax clearance document of FY 2077/78).
