Expression of Interest (EOI)

Abt Associates Inc. (Abt) invites qualified interested suppliers and vendors to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following list of goods and services for USAID’s Sajhedari-Support to Federalism (STF) project office in Kathmandu: 

Interested suppliers/vendors must be registered in VAT. All the interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit their company profile and detailed contact information along with the following documents;

• Letter of Expression of Interest (EOI) in the organization’s letterhead duly signed by the authorized person
• Detailed company profile including current portfolio, experience and list of clients
• Detailed contract information (contact person, full address, telephone number and email address)
• Copy of company registration and renewal
• Copy of VAT registration certificate
• Copy of latest tax clearance certificate

The Expression of Interest should be sent via email, and contain all required documents with the subject line “Expression of Interest for ……….” (Clearly indicating the service category above). The deadline for EOI submission is 17:00 hours on 24th July 2020.
