WaterAid Nepal (WAN) is planning to purchase Laptop under following details:

Interested company can submit quotation through sealed hard copy drop in WAN office in below address by 4th June 2024 in the request for quotation form attached as Annex I with this advertisement along with the mandatory include of your company legal documents such as company registration, Vat certificate and tax clearance certificate of FY 2079/80 and authorized distribution certificate from Lenovo (if any applicable).

After award, supplier must submit Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter addressing WaterAid from Lenovo
