Details / requirements:
- To meet the regulatory authorities regarding seeking licenses for facility, electricity, water, plumbing and drainage as and when necessary.
- To communicate with construction consultants from Nepal and India to integrate the construction and equipment installation activities involved in MEP work of the project.
- The job involves work related civil work of the plant, drawing, Equipment and utility connections to be fixed as per the approved drawings.
- To communicate with the manufacturers and suppliers of Engineering items, negotiate the process, and complete their procurement including supporting systems/items, accessories along with necessary documentation work jointly with the Director Operations.
- To organise and execute receipts of the civil items and equipment and arrange to place them as per the approved design so as to avoid damage and unnecessary loss of funds.
- To guide the external agency personnel in execution of engineering related jobs to ensure that they are done as expected.
