Jan Jagaran Youth Club (JJYC), Bara is a not for profit-making national NGO working since 1998. It is dedicated to work strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantaged groups with special focus on women, girl, and another marginalized and disadvantaged groups.JJYC, Bara with the partnership of Islamic Relief Nepal has been implementing “Strengthening Community Resilience Project in Mahagadhimai Municipality and Subarna Rural Municipality of Bara District” from July,  2022. JJYC, Bara hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese and local citizens for the following position:

Details of Announcement:

1. Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) – 1 (One)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to small business beneficiaries.

• Assist in development of business plans, marketing strategies, and financial management practices.

• Track the progress of supported enterprises and provide ongoing feedback and support.

• Maintain accurate record of daily activities and submit to line manager on periodic basis.

Qualification: Completed level 2 or 3 skill test on entrepreneurship facilitation from National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) under Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) or 15-month certified Entrepreneurship Development Facilitator (EDF) related Technical SLC (T-SLC) course from CTEVT along with worked experience in micro enterprise development project.

Duty Station: Mahagadhimai Municipality and Subarna Rural Municipality of Bara District.
