Position: Grade 9 English Teacher

Level: Secondary

Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and progressive English Teacher for Grade 9 to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of engaging students through innovative methods, and committed to academic excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in English / Education (English) or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (Grade 8–10 preferred)
• Strong command of English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)

Key Competencies & Responsibilities

• Ability to fulfill the duties of a progressive and student-centered teacher
• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Conduct various activities related to the English language, such as:
  • Debates, speeches, storytelling, and creative writing
  • Reading programs and language games
  • Project-based and activity-based learning
• Assess student performance using modern and continuous evaluation techniques
• Encourage critical thinking, communication skills, and creativity
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to overall school development

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with ICT-integrated teaching and online platforms
• Strong classroom management and mentoring skills
• Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
