The Role
Oxfam Nepal is looking for Donor Contract Management and Reporting Coordinator , Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end management of donor contracts and grants, ensuring effective coordination and maintenance of contractual relationships with donors and Partner Affiliates (PAs). Facilitate compliance with donor requirements, proactively identify and escalate contract risks, and support timely corrective actions, including amendments and extensions. Ensure high-quality and timely donor and organisational reporting, income accounting, contract opening and closure processes, and contribute to effective Contract Management Reviews (CMR). Collaborate closely with Country Leadership and Management Team (CLMT), budget holders, and the EA Node to strengthen grant and project management processes, including the effective use of OPAL and CRIMSON systems, while maintaining regular communication and updates with key donors and stakeholders.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who has the following experience, knowledge and competencies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, management or similar with Minimum three years of professional experience
Experience & Skills:
- Coordinate grant opening and donor orientation sessions for newly awarded grants.
- Ensure donor contractual obligations, compliance requirements, amendments, and extensions are managed effectively.
- Serve as a focal point for donor rules, regulations, and compliance guidance.
- Support Budget Holders in conducting compliance checks within projects.
- Disseminate donor requirements and updates across teams and partners.
- Conduct donor compliance training and orientation sessions for Oxfam staff and partners.
- Coordinate with Contract Risk Management Teams, OGB, EA, and Portfolio Development teams on compliance-related matters.
