Document Systems & Digital Forms Specialist - Remote Contract (Work from home)
Details / requirements:
We are a growing Australian Healthcare organization seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to help us revamp and digitize our document systems. This is a remote, flexible-hours contract project that can be completed from Nepal.
You will be working on redesigning professional healthcare documents, building online forms, and creating a organized document management system for ongoing use across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, documentation, or healthcare compliance skills who takes pride in producing high-quality and professional work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Redesign and format existing Word documents into clean, professional formats.
- Create online fillable forms using JotForm (training can be provided)
- Organize and manage document systems using Microsoft Sharepoint and OneDrive
- Set up document version control and organize folder
- Assist in reviewing forms and agreements for clarity, consistency, and logical structure
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of organizational documents
Degree or Qualification: (one or more preferred)
- Public Health
- Health Administration
- Law or Paralegal Studies
- Or a related field
Required Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Word Skills (formatting, templates, styles)
- Good written English & professional communication
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Sharepoint and OneDrive, or able to learn quickly
- Reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills (Preferred not essential)
- Experience using Jotform, Typeform, or similar platforms
- Experience working with international organizations or clients
Work Arrangements
- Full remote - work from home with flexible working hours (you manage your own schedule)
- Report directly to the organization director based in Sydney, Australia
- Communication via email and video meetings (Google Meet or Zoom)
- Project duration :- 4 to 8 weeks depending on progress
- Fixed Project Fee :- Rs. 50,000
