Digital Marketing Graphic Designer

We are an Australia-based Digital Marketing Agency. We are looking for a passionate and creative designer with a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of social media and website designs. 

We are looking for someone who can work from home full-time with minimal supervision. This job is NOT for freshers or beginners. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop eye-catching graphics, banners, and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand identity
• Assisting with website and social media posts design
• Creating social media reel videos
• Video editing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email newsletters, and display advertisements
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate audio visual content from start to finish for social media marketing
• Edit audio-visual and photographic assets to brand guidelines and various project briefs
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and meeting project deadlines
• Create design layout for social media banner templates
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• At least 1year experience in video editing, graphic design and photographic editing
• Proficiency across design tools such as Canva, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Capcut
• Experience in working with branding guidelines and marketing personas across various project types
• High level of organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple projects
• A great level of attention to detail
• An interest in working as part of a team, openness to learning and a can-do, positive attitude
• Willingness & Ability to work from home is a must
