📍Location: Balkumari, Lalitpur

🕐Schedule: Full-time | Night Shift | Monday to Friday | Work from Office (Flexibility to Work from Home)

📅Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Public Holidays

⏰ Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Time) | 7:45 PM – 4:45 AM (Nepal Time) (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our night-shift team. The role involves retrieving, reviewing, and entering client-provided medical data with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and client standards.

• Retrieve, review, and organize medical data from client servers.

• Accurately enter data into designated systems and ensure formatting compliance.

• Maintain high standards of data integrity, scientific accuracy, and error-free documentation.

• Follow operational protocols and adapt quickly to evolving client instructions.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

• Maintain consistent communication and responsiveness during working hours.
• Work in alignment with U.S. schedules, including U.S. public holidays. 

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Commitment: Minimum two-year service agreement required. (Applications without willingness to commit will not be considered.)

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

• Language Skills: Strong command of written and reading English.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.

• Work Mode: On-site (remote option may be available after training period).

• Flexibility: Willing and able to work night shifts without exception.
