We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers and handle their questions online.

What you’ll do:

• Answer customers via chat.
• Help with questions and basic issues.
• Provide clear information and solutions.
• Follow up on customer requests.

• Fluent Nepali + English.
• Good communication and patience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Personal PC and stable internet.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
