Job brief

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers resolve technical issues, order issues and/or delivery issues when using our service. Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and be able to earn our clients’ trust. All hired personnel will go through conversational training to help them achieve their highest potential from their roles. You will help establish the reputation of our company - offer excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.


        Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, e-mail.

        Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

        Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)

        Update our operational teams with information about technical issues and useful discussions(feedback) with customers.

        Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.

        Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

        Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

        Gather customer feedback and share with our Finance, DAs’, and Operations teams.

        Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.



        1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.

        Familiarity with e-commerce industry is a plus.

        Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

        Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

        Multi-tasking abilities.

        Patience when managing aggressive customers.

        Excellent written and spoken English & Nepali.
