- Greets and welcomes guests' as they arrive.
- Checks guests' in and out for appointments.
- Provides accurate and appropriate information to guests regarding services and rates.
- Handle billing and cash
- Manages database in Computer system
- Responds to guest requests and handles guest issues or report complaints to management.
- Promptly answers telephone in a professional and clear manner.
- Effectively deals with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Answers guest questions regarding area , outlet information and services.
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English with multiple languages knowledge will be value added
- Should have good computer knowledge
