Details / requirements:

        We  are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Business. The Business Executive's responsibilities include identifying underperforming company products and services, developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, updating internal databases with client and contract details and conducting market research. Previous experience in customer service positions is a plus.


·                   Business Executive  Responsibilities: 

o   Craft new sales proposals and contract renewals

o   Schedule product demos

o   Contact customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about  their account.Update internal databases (CRM) with account details.

o   Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed.

o   Research market trends and competition.

o   Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.

o   Address payment issues

o   Identify new revenue prospects

o   Contacting customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their account

o   Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.

o   Develop and communicate the basic policies of NETTV product and services to potential clients.

o   Deliver compelling product and service pitches to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

o   Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of NETTV products and services.

o   Create and manage a communication line between clients and NETTV to ensure that customers receive the necessary support and assistance after the sale is complete.

o   Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client communications, sales presentations, and  contracts.

o   Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and profits for NETTV.

                >                       Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.

       Proven experience working as a Customer Account Officer or similar role.

                            Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
