Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation.
• Select and combine ingredients according to menu requirements, maintaining excellent flavor, color, and texture.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards, keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
• Assist in developing new dishes and optimizing menu offerings.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Age 18-50, in good health, with a valid health certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
• Proficient in kitchen operations, capable of independently preparing hot dishes, cold dishes, dim sum, etc.
• Strong teamwork skills, responsible, and hardworking.
• Prior experience in hotels, high-end restaurants, or corporate canteens is preferred.
