Farm & Forest Resort is hiring, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join us! We are located just outside Kathmandu - 20km from Tribhuvan Int'l Airport.

Open Positions:

1. Chef
2. Cook
3. Waiter/Waitress

👨‍🍳 Chef (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare high-quality meals using fresh ingredients.

• Design seasonal menus and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

• Supervise kitchen operations and manage food inventory.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Lead and train kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef (preference for candidates with resort or restaurant background).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.

🍲 Cook (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef in daily food preparation and cooking.

• Ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist in inventory control.

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook is required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

🍽️ Waiter / Waitress (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Support daily restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred (but not required).

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
