Oxfam are conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:
TITLE: Consultancy service on Baseline Study for Building Community Resilience to Climate Risks and Vulnerabilities (BCRC)
Oxfam Program: Resilience and Climate Justice
Objective of the assignment:
- Establish current values of key outcome and output indicators as outlined in the project's logical framework.
- Provide data against changes due to project interventions that will be measured at the end of project period.
- Inform project implementation through context-specific evidence.
- Assess the socio-economic status of targeted households
- Explore community capacities, needs, and risks linked to climate vulnerability and gender inclusion and recommend adjustments if necessary.
