Oxfam are conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:
TITLE: Consultancy services on Tracking and Analysing Climate and Disaster Finance at Local levels of Madhesh, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces of Nepal
Oxfam Program: Climate Justice and Resilience
Objective of the assignment:
- To track and document climate and disaster finance flows at the municipality level in Madhesh, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
- To identify the sources of climate and disaster-related funding and to analyse the allocations of these funding streams and their accessibility, utilization, and effectiveness at the local levels.
- To provide an indicative assessment of how effective climate finance has been at the local (municipality) level.
- To identify gaps and provide methodological recommendations for tracking climate and disaster finance flows to improve transparency, equity, and efficiency in local climate and disaster finance management.
