Divya Development Resource Centre (DDRC), Parsa is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2050 B.S. The organization is registered in Kalikamai Rural Municipality–5, Biranchibarwa, Parsa, Nepal. DDRC envisions “a healthy society of men, women, and children where justice and opportunities are equitably shared, sustaining positive change and dignity for all.”Its mission is to promote a participatory development approach that empowers communities(especially marginalized groups)to access their rights and live with dignity. 

In partnership with One Heart Worldwide (OHW), DDRC is implementing the project: “Strengthening Maternal Neonatal Health Services in Partnership with Local Government” (स्थानीय सरकारको साझेदारीमा मातृ तथा नवजात शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुदृढिकरण) in Parsa District from 2025.

DDRC invites applications from qualified and motivated Nepalese citizens for the following position:

Position Details

1. Community Mobilizer (CM) – 1 (Female only)

Role Summary:

The CM will be responsible to conduct the awareness activities related to Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH) services at a household and community level and assist in the community engagement on MNH issues.

Minimum Qualification:

• Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)/Community Medicine Assistant (CMA) with 2 years of work experience as community mobilizers and in the health sector 
• Preferably female of the targeted community.

Duty Station:

Communities of Parsagadhi Municipality, Parsa District
