Job Summary

Samaj Dental Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic, responsible, and highly organized Clinic Incharges to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental clinics. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth clinic operations while maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily clinic operations and staff performance.
  • Ensure all dental equipment, instruments, compressor, X-ray, autoclave, and other clinic facilities are functioning properly.
  • Monitor and manage patient appointments effectively.
  • Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters and work schedules.
  • Verify and correct patient records, billing entries, and software data.
  • Ensure the availability of essential clinic supplies, including dental materials, instruments, and drinking water.
  • Handle daily bank deposits.
  • Monitor and verify store inventory and issued materials.
  • Track and maintain records of laboratory work.
  • Supervise infection control, sterilization, and cleaning procedures.
  • Regularly monitor online appointments, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Prepare and submit daily patient flow and collection reports to management.
  • Coordinate closely with dentists and clinic staff for smooth operations.
  • Ensure OPD cards and patient records are completed accurately.
  • Ensure proper utilization and safekeeping of organizational assets.
  • Work collaboratively with dentists, dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage employee schedules, leave plans, and communicate staffing requirements with management.
  • Coordinate with schools, colleges, banks, and other organizations to organize dental camps and maintain post-event follow-up.
  • Collect and report patient feedback to improve service quality.
  • Develop referral relationships with nearby hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Handle patient and staff grievances professionally.
  • Coordinate clinic license and renewal-related activities.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding audits and tax clearance requirements.
  • Prepare attendance reports.
  • Organize staff meetings.
  • Coach, mentor, counsel, and guide new and existing employees to maintain organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using office software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike is mandatory.
