 DUTIES (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES): 

1. Support Master Chef and Head Chef on day to day operation of the Main Kitchen.
2. Follow all Health & Safety rules and regulations in the Main Kitchen and day to day job. 
3. Follow the schedule prepared by Master Chef.
4. Security of foodstuff /consumables and kitchen equipment when responsible. 
5. Any other tasks as directed by Master Chef and his assistant

SUCCESS PROFILE: 

Ideal candidate will display quality, efficiency, consistency in key areas of operation with organized approach.   Should be able to produce standard work with minimum supervision within given time.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Should be hospitality/catering qualified and trained with sound knowledge of the industry and job.
2. Satisfactory level of spoken and written English Language required. (Will be tested during sift & interview)
3. Minimum two years’ experience as chef with reputed hospitality organization/chain.
