Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing valuable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial challenges and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices to continuously improve financial processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• Minimum [5] years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a relevant industry or accounting firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
