Call for proposals from consulting firms to conduct an Evaluation of the project

Call for proposals from consulting firms to conduct an Evaluation of the project “Enhanced education and better livelihood options in Gaumul Rural Municipality of Bajura District, Nepal” in Nepal financed Dachser Germany.”

Terre des hommes Germany (“tdh”) is an international children's rights organization that promotes equitable development without racial, religious, political, cultural, or gender-based discrimination since 1967. It promotes civic engagement and participation of children and youths in all aspects of its work. The overall aim of this project evaluation is the provision of an external, strategic review of the project’s performance, achievements, and challenges.

Interested consultancy firms are requested to send their Technical and Financial Proposal along with the CVs of two team members (one specialized in education and next will be on livelihood enterprises) and following documents to info.tdhgnepal@gmail.com. The last date of the receipt of proposals along with required documents is on 09.12.2023. Proposals submitted after the last date/ incomplete proposals will be rejected. Only shortlisted firms will be contacted for further selection process.  

Required documents:

1. A narrative proposal of no more than 3 pages, including relevant experience, planned methodology, timeline, and team members for Evaluation
2. Detailed financial proposal for Evaluation including travel expenses
3. Two Sample reports; published or unpublished reports approved by the respective clients focusing on the same sector
4. Firm registration documents
5. Tax clearance of fiscal year 2079/2080 or proof of extension of time.
