Call for Proposal – to conduct the end of evaluation of RELIVE Project

CALL FOR PROPOSAL!

TO CONDUCT END OF THE PROJECT EVALUATION OF RELIVE PROJECT

The United Mission to Nepal Medical and Development Trust (hereinafter referred as “UMNMDT”) is a trust that started operating in Nepal on 7 October 2020. The primary purpose of UMNMDT is to own, manage and operate two long-serving mission hospitals - United Mission Hospital Tansen and Okhaldhunga Community Hospital with their associated medical teaching facilities. In addition to this, UMNMDT’s work also involves development work in the communities around health, education, and self-reliance of the poorest people in rural Nepali communities to enhance skills development and to create helpful opportunities for them. The goal of this evaluation is to assess the project’s performance and capture project achievements, gaps, challenges, and best practices to support the next phase of project design. A special priority is given to exploring the Effectiveness, Impact, and Sustainability of the Relive project.

Therefore, this advertisement has been published to invite applications from registered consulting firms to conduct this evaluation. Details of the evaluation scope, objectives, timeline, and qualifications for the consultants have been provided in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which can be accessed at https://www.umn.org.np/consultancy

All interested and experienced consulting firms who meet the requirements and qualifications are encouraged to apply. Application should include a letter of interest, technical proposal, and financial proposal. Application must be submitted to UMN by Tuesday, 30 April 2024 at the latest.
